The eDesign Process

It all starts with great communication.

Love where you Live.

We pride ourselves on quality customer service & encourage functional living, while we make a commitment to choose healthier products when available for wellness-minded clients. We source your products from retailers or online trade sources to provide you with appropriate options and price points. Our E-Design service is not meant to provide the least expensive options, but to select products and ideas that reflect who you are and how you want to live. While we keep your budget in mind, the final goal is to create your dream space. Dream spaces are not possible with a design on a dime mentality. This service requires a signed contract before starting. If you’d like to check out additional concept board examples, have a look HERE for inspiration.

The budget: This could be a hard discussion, but it needs to be revealed. E-Design services won’t break the bank! Furnishing, accessories, and painting your space will be an investment and it’s something you need to be open about upfront. Not just with us, but with yourself and other decision-makers. We’re always upfront with what your budget will allow you to receive and because we want the final product to be everything you’d hoped for, it’s important you understand what we average for our clients. When you have the dollars upfront, you’ll make the best decisions. We will take on E-Design projects that require a furnishings budget with an $8000 minimum for an average room size. In good conscious, we feel we can’t provide quality products below that budget. Our focus is good design and good products. And it actually takes more time to find a product that fits into a tight budget.

Our E-Design service often sets the design framework for just a single room or multiple rooms. This service is for persons who can take great advice and execute it themselves, with our direction. It all starts with an email, a questionnaire, a contract, and an initial 30-minute video consult. We help you create a custom room or rooms that will provide you with a design plan at the first stage. We’ll create a design schematic board for your room, which includes paint palettes, fabric, wallpaper, art, and furniture. We’ll ask you to do your homework and you’ll provide us with pictures, measurements from yourself or your contractor, and a Pinterest account to share your visual ideas or interests. Once the design is approved, we’ll provide the final product list for you to purchase on your own or an additional invoice if you need to order products through us, with convenient online payment.

If you need help with flooring or millwork, we can provide this service for an additional charge. You can request a custom quote for this service. As long as you can pick up the flooring or millwork from a dealer/cabinet maker with availability in the product we selected for you. If it’s a tile you’d like us to choose, we will pick out the grout color as well! It’s that easy.
